By accessing or using QuantRank AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
QuantRank AI provides AI-powered financial analysis tools including the Beneish M-Score fraud detection model applied to publicly traded companies across major stock indexes. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
3. Not Investment Advice
Nothing on QuantRank AI constitutes investment advice, financial recommendations, or solicitation to buy or sell any security. The Beneish M-Score model was designed primarily for industrial and manufacturing companies. Scores for financial institutions, REITs, and pre-revenue companies may be structurally elevated or incalculable due to differences in accounting standards — this does not necessarily indicate fraudulent activity. Always consult a licensed financial professional before making investment decisions. QuantRank AI assumes no liability for decisions made based on outputs from this platform.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Subscription and Payment
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are issued at our discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) reverse engineer or reproduce the Service's algorithms or data; (d) use automated scripts to excessively query the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, algorithms, designs, and code comprising QuantRank AI are the intellectual property of QuantRank AI and its operators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable. Market data is sourced from third-party providers and may contain errors or delays.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuantRank AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to investment losses.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
