We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, and authentication credentials via Google OAuth. We also collect usage data including analyses run, indexes selected, and timestamps. We do not collect or store payment card information — all payment processing is handled by Stripe.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to: provide and improve the Service; send transactional emails (welcome, payment confirmation, usage notifications); enforce our Terms of Service; and analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve platform performance. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway with SSL encryption enforced. We implement rate limiting, security headers, and access controls to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Google OAuth (authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Polygon.io and SEC EDGAR (market data), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (frontend hosting), and Railway (API hosting). Each has its own privacy policy governing their data practices.
5. Cookies
We use session cookies necessary for authentication and maintaining your logged-in state. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information and analysis history for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at admin@quantrankai.com.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at admin@quantrankai.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform.
